- FREEDOM Air Basic Troubleshooting Checklist

	LED Status Display	Description
	All 3 LEDs slowly blinking	The scanner is ready for use. Proceed with scanning.
	Center LED slowly blinking	The scanner is in standby mode during scan step. Press the D-Pad round button or the 'Scan' button in the software to resume scanning.
	LEDs 1, 2, and 3 light up sequentially, moving from left to right	The scanner is scanning when the scan starts. Press the D-Pad round button or the ‘Stop’ button in the software to stop scanning.

LED Status Display	Description	Troubleshooting
Left LED quickly blinking	Internal fan operation error	Check if there is any foreign object on the back of the scanner. Turn off the scanner and clean the back of scanner using a small brush or cotton swab. Turn the scanner back on and check for fan noise from the back of the scanner. If there is no fan noise or the LED status continues to indicate an error, contact customer support.
Left and right LEDs quickly blinking	Scanner overheating	Turn off the scanner and allow it to cool down. Clean the back of the scanner using a small brush or cotton swab. If the LED error status persists after the above steps, contact your distributor.
Some LEDs quickly blinking	Cable or camera connection error	Check that the C-to-C cable, USB cable, and PSM are properly connected. - If the scanner is connected directly via a C-to-C cable, reconnect the scanner after adding the PSM. Ensure the power adapter is properly connected and power is being supplied. Turn the scanner back on and restart ScanApp i (Air). If the LED error status persists after the above steps, contact your distributor.
