📌 FREEDOM Air LED Panel Check
When FREEDOM Air fails to connect to the PC, you must check the scanner’s LED panel and respond appropriately based on the LED indicator.
- LED panel indicator number:
1. LED Indicators During Normal Operation
When the scanner is functioning normally without any issues, the LED panel displays the following states.

Description |
All 3 LEDs slowly blinking |
The scanner is ready for use. Proceed with scanning. |
|
Center LED slowly blinking |
The scanner is in standby mode during scan step. Press the D-Pad round button or the 'Scan' button in the software to resume scanning. |
|
LEDs 1, 2, and 3 light up sequentially, moving from left to right |
The scanner is scanning when the scan starts. Press the D-Pad round button or the ‘Stop’ button in the software to stop scanning. |
2. LED Indicators When An Error Occurs
If the scanner encounters an issue, the LED panel displays the following states.
