📌 Configure Scan Data Export File Formats
The file formats used when exporting scan data can be configured in the ScanApp i settings.
Supported file formats are PLY and STL, and both formats are enabled by default.

📌 Save Scan Data After Scanning
1. After Build, Automatic Save
When the 'After build, Automatic save' option is enabled in ScanApp i settings, the final mesh data is automatically saved after the build process is completed in the Review stage.
This option is enabled by default.
The saved mesh data can be found in 'File Sync' within the DOFSync project or in the 'Open workspace' folder on the PC.
2. Manual Select Save Options, After Build
When the 'Manual select save options, after build' option is enabled in ScanApp i settings, the final mesh data is saved only after clicking the 'Save' button once the build process is completed in the Review stage.
If the 'Save' button is not clicked while this option is enabled, the final mesh data will not be exported or saved.
The saved mesh data can be found in 'File Sync' within the DOFSync project or in the 'Open workspace' folder on the PC.
📌 Review Final Scan Data
1. Review In ScanApp i
After completing the scan in ScanApp i and entering the Review stage, the final built mesh data can be reviewed.
The Data Opacity feature in the lower-left corner allows each dataset to be shown, hidden, or displayed with adjustable transparency.
Click the icon for each dataset to show or hide it, and use the slider next to the icon to adjust its transparency.
2. Review In DOFSync
Data saved from ScanApp i can be reviewed in the 'File Sync' menu of the DOFSync project.
The saved files can be viewed in the file list, and each dataset can be shown, hidden, or displayed with adjustable transparency.
Click 'Open workspace' to open the file path folder on the PC and view all saved files.
The saved data can be imported into a 3D viewer or CAD software for further use.
