📌 Connect A Partner And Verify The Project
Before sending a scan project to a partner, verify the partner connection status and ensure that the project information and scan data have been properly saved.
1. Verify The Partner Connection
Go to the 'Partner' menu and verify that the partner to whom you want to send the project is properly connected.
If the partner is not connected, establish the partner connection first.
2. Verify The Project
- Verify Project Information:
In the 'Information' menu of the project, verify that the project information, patient information, prosthetic information, and notes, has been entered and saved correctly.
- Verify project file:
Go to the 'File Sync' menu within the project to verify the saved scan data and files.
The saved files can be viewed in the file list, and each dataset can be shown, hidden, or displayed with adjustable transparency.
To add additional files for transfer, drag and drop the files into the file list or click 'File import'
The folder where the project files are stored can be opened by clicking 'Open Workspace'.
If the partner is not connected or the project information and scan data have not been saved properly, refer to the documents below and follow the instructions provided.

After verifying the project information and files, a scan project can be sent to a partner by following the steps below.
- Select 'Total' in the file list, then select the partner to whom the project and files will be sent.
- Click 'Sync To Partner' to synchronize(send) the project.
- Check the file upload status in the lower-right corner and verify that all files have been uploaded successfully.
- Verify the synchronization status of each file in the file list.
Once synchronization is complete, the project and files can be reviewed and saved from the partner account after accepting the project.
