[ Cleaning Method ]

① Immediately after use, rinse the scan body under running water to remove saliva, blood, and other contaminants. 

② After rinsing, clean the surface of the scan body for at least 50 seconds using a soft nylon brush under running water. 

③ Immerse the scan body in a diluted detergent solution (Endozime) for at least 5 minutes, then brush gently with a soft brush for at least 30 seconds to remove any remaining debris. 

④ Rinse the scan body again with filtered running water for at least 50 seconds. 

⑤ Wipe the scan body with a soft, lint-free dry cloth to completely remove any moisture. 

⑥ If stains remain after cleaning or if the unique pattern on the scan body is damaged, the scan body must not be reused and should be replaced immediately. 

⑦ After cleaning and drying, place the scan body or the entire PIM KIT in a sterilization pouch and seal it securely. 

⑧ Sterilize the sealed pouch in an autoclave (steam sterilizer) according to the specified sterilization conditions.

[ Cleaning Method ]

① Wipe off contaminants with running water for more than 30 seconds. 

② Soak in diluted detergent (Endozime) for more than 30 seconds. 
Wipe the contaminants from the crevices with a soft brush. 

③ Wash with flowing purified water for more than 30 seconds. 

④ Remove moisture by wiping with a clean non-absorbent or soft cloth.
(For cloth, use a dry, lint-free cloth) 

⑤ If the stain is still present after following the above procedure, replace the guide and cover. 

⑥ Wiping with strong force may scratch the lens, which may affect the quality of the scanned data. 

⑦ Place cleaned, dried guide and cover in a sterile bag (or pouch) and seal tightly. 

⑧ Place the guide and cover in the autoclave while the bag (or pouch) is still sealed.

• This product is supplied in a non-sterile condition. For patient safety, it must be sterilized before use.
• The scan body should be used only with implant systems and CAD/CAM libraries verified by the manufacturer.
• Avoid dropping the scan body or applying excessive torque, as it may cause damage.
• If wear, discoloration, deformation, or poor fit is observed, discontinue use immediately.
• The scan body must not be fixed in the oral cavity for an extended period. It should be removed immediately after scanning.
