📌 Scan Project Acceptance And Data Download 

Scan projects sent by a Partner(Clinic) must be accepted before the scan data can be viewed or downloaded.

Only accepted projects allow access to the scan data. Scan data in pending projects cannot be viewed or downloaded.

1. Accept The Project 

Scan data can only be downloaded after accepting a project sent by a Partner. Data in pending projects cannot be viewed or downloaded.

Follow the steps below to accept a project.

• Open the 'Project' menu to view newly received projects.
  When a new project is received, an    icon is displayed in the upper-right corner of the project.

• Open the project and click 'Accept' to accept the project.
  Scan data sent by the Partner becomes available only after the project has been accepted. Accept the project before viewing or downloading the data.

2. Scan Data Download 

Data from an accepted project can be downloaded by following the steps below.

• Open the 'File Sync' menu and select 'Total'.

• After selecting all files, click 'Export' to open the export window.
• In the download window, select the download options such as the CAD type and mesh file format, then click 'Download'.

• The download status of the files is displayed in the lower-right corner.
• Once the download is complete, files marked as Local are added to the file list.

📌 Change PIM Information In LAB Account 

1. Change PIM Library 

If the PIM library needs to be changed before designing the prosthesis, follow the steps below.

Before changing the library, make sure all files sent by the Partner have been downloaded and saved to the Local PC.
Complete Accept a Project and Download Scan Data before changing the PIM library.

• Open the project and select any tooth to enter the Indication.

• In the Indication window, select the any PIM tooth, then click 'Select Library'. 
• Select the desired library, then click 'Reflect All'.

• Verify the selected library, then click 'Save' to save the changes.
• The updated library is applied to the saved implantposition file, and the related data (marker and MUA base) is updated accordingly.

• After saving, the changes are recorded in the 'History' of the project information.

The updated library is applied to the data stored on the PC(Local), not to the data in the Cloud(Partner) cloud sent by the Partner.

To verify the changes, open 'File Sync' and select the data that is active in Local.

2. Change Prosthetic Information 

If the PIM prosthetic information needs to be added or modified before designing the prosthesis, follow the steps below.

The saved prosthetic information is automatically applied during exocad integration.

• Open the project and select any tooth to enter the Indication.

• Select the prosthetic type for the implant position, then click the 'Adjacent Teeth' icon. The adjacent tooth type is automatically updated based on the selected prosthetic type.
• Click 'Save' to save the changes.

• The selected prosthetic type can be verified under 'Selected Tooth' in the project information.
